Services

Lea Randolph & Associates, Inc. provides contingent and retained recruiting services. We value the regard our existing clients hold for us, and our reputation, integrity, sense of urgency, and dedication to professionalism are essential. Ultimately, we are interested in maintaining sound, mutually profitable, businesslike relations with client companies. All efforts go toward building long-term relationships.

Prior to conducting any search, we require a detailed job description that includes any specifications unique to your organization and detailed information on the compensation package including salary, benefits, relocation, bonus and incentives...etc.

  • Before we begin a search, we develop a detailed written description of the position including duties, experience, educational requirements, preferred and essential technical expertise, compensation level, and more.
  • Once a search is initiated, Lea Randolph & Associates, Inc. calls upon a myriad of resources to locate the candidates you desire.
  • All identified candidates are interviewed in-depth, and in person whenever possible, prior to submitting their credentials to our clients.
  • Lea Randolph & Associates, Inc. will also handle the coordination and scheduling of all interviews, and will conduct reference checks of our candidates and present written documentation of the results. To the extent that both client and candidate are in mutual agreement and feel their best interests have been served.
  • When our client makes the decision to extend an offer to one of our candidates, we will assist in the employment negotiations as necessary to insure a positive outcome for all parties.

Contingent & Retained

Contingency Search: Payment of search fees are "contingent" on the hiring of a referred candidate. Based on your requirements, we conduct an in-depth search but only receive payment when we produce results.

Retained Search: Assignments are generally reserved for high priority, rush or extremely sensitive assignments. They typically involve a partial advanced payment that gives priority to your assignment. Normally we bill 1/3 upon execution of our agreement, 1/3 upon submission of candidates and the scheduling of interviews, and the final 1/3 upon completion of the search. The final full payment may not be contingent upon placement.
